		<description>My take is that the beef up in guerilla and special operation forces is to plan for the event that outside powers move in to occupy the North should it suddenly collapse. </description>

		<description>One wonders why they feel they need to so significantly increase the number of their special forces troops. Personally, I think the 5th column they already have in South Korea should suffice if hostilities were to begin in earnest. :wink: </description>
