GIs pay such a high price for juicy girls because they're dumb and desperate enough to do it. However, what really makes this latest development in the area less than unusual is the fact there was actually a very famous RLD in the Chongno-3-ga area up until the early '70s, I believe, and literally right around the same warren of alleyways that lies to the West of the plaza in front of Chongmyo.
