NK Econ Watch through information he received from information from Fukuoka Japan’s Air Traffic Control has been able to plot a rough trajectory of where North Korea will likely launch their missile two weeks from now:
Martyn Williams was kind enough to send me the NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) from Fukuoka (Japan) Air Traffic Control—posted below in full. The NOTAM provides the best estimate of the date and time of the launch.
Using this information, I have mapped out the Musudan launch path and areas of falling debris on Google Earth:
Make sure to read the whole posting, but if this trajectory is accurate it would mean that the North Korean missile will land no where near any US territory. This only further adds evidence to my suspicion the US will not shoot down the missile if it is tested.
Now Japan on the otherhand may take a shot since it would fly right over their country, but I wouldn’t be surprised either if they didn’t shoot it down.

Why North Korea do these things?I mean why North Korea want to be a most powerfull country.North Korea launch Long range missile which fall in the linit of Japan's sea.That means North Korea doent obey peace which North Korea as own said.
Anyways North Korea is a rich country.Then why North Korea stop most powerfull country planning.I mean if North Korea stop all these then world will respect him and then North Korea has many friends.

Well, there is a lot of money in missile sales these days, and they need $$$. Additionally, nuclear tipped missiles can do wonders when it comes to working extortion and blackmail at the international level; how else will he supplement the shortfalls in food production and energy. And unlike the new American president, the Dear Leader, Kim Jong-il, does not care if the world loves him, as long as he maintains power till his dying day. Finally, he and those around him believe the government in the South is a puppet regime of ‘imperialist’—his words—United States and expect to get it back ‘on their terms,’ even it takes another 100 years.

Exaggeration.
They have never successfully launched anything to a distance of anywhere near the US or its territories. Nor have they ever shown they could achieve any accuracy in doing so. They are also probably years away from making a nuke compact enough to fit as the warhead in a missile.
