You can still see this here, John. However, I suspect it is less common than in 1968, and these days it is usually alcohol related and done in the less affluent areas. However, your right about the shock the North Koreans would feel if they were to come here. An ordinance with no enforcement... Yeah, adjushi (and for that matter myself) will be right on that. Even though I am a smoker, I can understand wanting to eliminate smoking indoors, but out doors?
