I'm laughing my butt off that so many countries immediately held security meetings right after the launch. What on earth do they think they are going to accomplish.

"Well I never", now what do we do, uhh, nothing, because there is nothing we can do. However we can yell, hold our breath til we turn blue, and stomp our feet.

All agreed say aye. Aye, aye. Good what say we all reconvine at Michico's bordello and sushi bar for a days work well done. By the way don't forget the photo ops shaking hands as soon as we leave.

Who says the DPRK shouldn't have ICBMs? For starters, the UN Security Council. Their latest stunt violated two existing resolutions.

Anyone who says North Korea is not allowed to have ICBMs while USA swims in them is a hypocrite. Russia is just keeping the counterweight to US (and its allies') domination.

Seriously, how are americans who think they're so much better that they deserve ICBMs any different than the "aggressive" North Koreans? And let us not forget who was the FIRST to USE nukes and even have them in the first place...

I have a feeling we're going to strike back decisively with an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. That'll show them!

The U.N. sucks- I can't believe anyone has respect for that zoo. Knock, knock, knock - hello is anyone home? Even with the U.N. KN has still managed to build a nuke and a missile with a huge range. Pakistan and India, closer to the brink of war than any two nations have nukes - who stopped them? Now our lord and savior BO is saying the world must stand together to rid the world of Nukes. Give me a break

Who cares?

Why is Russia turning back into a cold war enemy? One word: Oil. They have Oil and they're going to use it to their best advantage. Ever since the collapse of their empire they've pined to get back to the top as one of the worlds strongest countries. They can use countries that are against the U.S. to get more of what they want. Right now the US is still way on top but there is probably a new world order on the horizon, Russia wants to be part of that new world order and they're not a Democracy.

I don't get Russia.

Why are they seemingly so gungho to repeat the past?

Why do things to recapture the glory of the past greatness during the Cold War when that path led you to collapse and almost civil war?

I mean, they even have China as an example. The Chinese oligarchy still has firm control of the masses but it has at least learned that if it has any hope of achieving the economic power status it (and others) see for it in the future, it must work with the community of nations and not make a habit of pissing off its most powerful members.

Why is the new Russia seeking to retard its current economic growth by taking the nation down the path of resistance?

It's good to see the Russians, Chinese, and Kim Jong Il back in business causing trouble. Ever since the wall came down I've been waiting for this moment. The Cold War is Back!
