Chinese Made Condoms In Korea Found To Be Tainted

» by GI Korea in: China

Is there anything made in China that isn’t tainted now a days?:

china-condom

Talc has been found in two types of condoms made in China available in the Korean market, International Environmental Consultants said Tuesday. Condoms made by Korean companies were talc-free, as they used corn starch powder instead of talc.

The Chosun Ilbo collected 16 condoms sold in motels, convenience stores and online shopping malls, and commissioned the International Environmental Consultants to analyze their substance. The test discovered talc in two brands made in China. Talc has been widely used in cosmetics such as powder or in pills. But in condoms it can be deleterious to health, the World Health Organization banned the use in manufacturing them no matter whether it contains asbestos or not in 2003.  [Chosun Ilbo]

Hopefully they aren’t selling these condoms in Korea.

    The title of the article states the condoms were made in Korea, but then you go on to write “Is there anything made in China that isn’t tainted now a days?”. That’s confusing. That reminds me of the time I bought a Zappo (Zippo knockoff) lighter in Tongduchon. Personally, I wouldn’t trust condoms made in either country.

    Where in the article says the condoms were made in Korea? The article says;

    “Talc has been found in two types of condoms made in China available in the Korean market, International Environmental Consultants said Tuesday”

    Korean made condoms use corn starch so they are harmless.

    Harmless and tiny!

    I’m not saying that to be a prick either, although I wish I was trying to be one in this case.

    Why do you need a condom when you have your white colored right hand? :lol:

    The best way to keep a condom from being tainted is to decide which hole before thrusting. If you can’t make up your mind and hit the area between the holes, your condom is… tainted.

    “Korean made condoms use corn starch so they are harmless.”

    Not to the corn.
