  Strong assumption…?

  He's wearing a tan ACU undershirt and you can see the ACU-like pattern of his right sleeve.

  He's a Soldier. And the female on the left is a ROK LT. She was taking pictures.

  Looks like a CSM.

  The guy in the middle is a Soldier.

  The lady in the ROK Army Uniform was a LT that was there for the festivities and as a Camerawoman.

  The KATUSA on the right was dressed in a woman's hanbok for fun (he was a junior KATUSA though, he didn't have much of a choice in it).

  The male in the middle does have a shaving profile. He works at the 121 support combat hospital. The soldier on the right is a KATUSA.
