		<description>You&#039;re right, there&#039;s no connection to the two. There are only about 150,000 Korean immigrants and permanent resident holders to Canada, not enough to effect the percentage. 
 
And when I look around the people around me, it&#039;s mostly white people who are downloading all kinds of music, games, movies, porn, and software. There are so many shared file sites, all you have to do is to google them and they show you how many downloads are made everyday. And no, they&#039;re mostly all North American sourced. </description>
