This story is absolutely incredible:

The Gwanak Police Department in Seoul announced on the 1st it had arrested 22-year old Mr. Han on charges of killing his next-door neighbor, an elderly woman, with a knife in order to steal 700 won.  [Korea Beat]

This guy killed the woman to steal 700 won because he was unemployed and addicted to Internet gaming.  This has to be the most senseless killing in Korea I have seen yet.
