Sorry, GI... rephrase the question, please.

Although we can identify the target well enough to nuke it from orbit, determining what "city" it is closest to is a more challenging question.

Which fits your definition of "city" most closely...

kwan yak shi, shi, eup, geun, myun, ri, etc.

Would Dong-Hae-Shi or Sam-Chawk-Shi be the correct answer?

If so, please don't screw me out of my point like last time just because I wrote what it sounds like instead of this year's crappy Hangul to English pseudo translation... no matter how you kimchee it up, ? is shi or she, not "si" as in see or the Spanish "yes".

Rok N Roll got it. The bridges are located at Dodong-ri. Google Earth doesn't have Dodong-ri labeled if you are looking for the name of city on there.

...neither of you guys answered the question correctly.

Really?? How big does a city have to be to be called one? Google Earth says the Lat/Long on your image is .51 miles/265.32 degrees from the graphic label for the city of Ulleung, on Ulleung-do. It's the nearest collection of buildings that might be called a city. (I saw at least 3 different spellings for Ulleung on Google Earth.)
