I observed that the menu written in Japanese had a prominent position in the photo. When I read it I realized that some of the menu is extraordinary if it is an average Japanese restaurant. The food is a mishmash of Korean food and a collection of simple Japanese snacks. Governor Ishi is tough on Korean prostitutes. Good luck agasshi if the lady in the photo is from Korea.
