Smoking rates between Korea and Japan are almost the same. China’s is lower probably because Chinese women haven’t taken up the habit to the extent that Japanese and Korean women have.
I smoke a pack a day and live in Florida. I’m addicted, no question, I’ve been smoking since I was 7 and am 61 now. My taxes went up $700 this year because of it. But its for the children, so what the hell. The next time I hear someone complaining about smoking, I will ask how much in their taxes are going for the children. If they can’t compete, I will ask them to tell it to the children why they can’t do the same.

Gerry is right. We are helping future generations with their education, general services, etc.
