I heard on the news tonite(7:15pm EST, 19June 2009, ABC News) US navy warships were on an intercept course with the NK ship. Contact emminant. Be interesting to see what happens.

Nothing gets done because the permanent members of the Security Council(China, France, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States) have veto rights over all of its decisions. That's why you'll never see a Security Council resolution on China's role in Darfur or Russia's invasion of Georgia, for example.

Oh, what worthless idiots. What the point of having this UN resolution if they don't enforce it?

Whole bunch of nations joined together, called themselves the United Nations Security Council, release a resolution and still can't do jack.

I'm very disappointed in the UN. worthless jackasses.

It just reaffirms my belief that veto rights should be taken away from the permanent members of the UN Security Council.
