For what it's worth, today's KCNA report features a meeting with the foreign crew of a ship that was docked at Chongjin:

Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- A meeting of foreign crewmen took place on June 18 at Chongjin Port to celebrate the 45th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. Present there were the captain and crewmen of Kiribati-flagged ship Hongru.

Just one more ship to watch, I suppose.

Gee, why bother following it? One well placed shot and it will blow up in a cloud of rust.

That North Korean ship looks like a piece of trash. It seems to be a mirror image of its place of origin.
