North Korea Ranks 17th On Foreign Policy’s Failed States Index

Foreign Policy magazine has released their annual list of failed states and though North Korea’s overall scored increased this year its ranking actually feel from 15th overall in 2008 to 17th overall in 2009. The number one failed state if you couldn’t guess it was Somalia.
