It is about time these leftist thugs were forced to pay for the damage of public property they caused:
A Seoul appellate court ordered the nation’s biggest labor umbrella union to pay for 60 percent of damages to police buses that were vandalized in a violent outdoor rally two years ago, court officials said Monday.
The appellate division of the Seoul Central District Court ruled that the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU), the more militant of the nation’s two major labor umbrella groups, should pay 14.6 million won (US$11,700) in compensation for destroying 11 police vehicles and other equipment during a labor rally held in June 2007 in Yeouido, central Seoul, according to the officials. You can see plenty of pictures of these thugs and other groups in action here.
Forcing them to pay $11,700 may seem like chump change to a labor union, but it does set a precedent to go after them for larger damages in other cases as well as going after them financially if they try to act up again and damage public property.

60%? The bus drivers are responsible of 40% because they made the mistake of being on the road? Laugh, but that's most probably what will happen if you're in a car accident in Korea, even if you or the other driver is clearly at fault.
