		<description>The railway was one of the pre-conditions of the original relocation to Pyeongtaek that the ROK signed off on.  However, saying and doing are two different things.  If you think the Daechuri bitching fest was something, wait until you hear of a railway dedicated to the USFK ... no one wants to talk about it. 
 
The USFK I figured started looking to its heavy transport Korean augmentees who did some trial runs starting about two years ago and then were certified I thought last year to do heavy transport on highways in lieu of the railhead. 
 
Haven&#039;t paid much attention to those folks but did climb on their equipment last year at an open house and those guys seem to know their business...but I&#039;m not any expert.  I think the USFK is going to highway haul route in the future. </description>
