    MacArther had recently been fired in April(?) Matthew Rigeway was now in full command, and the Chinese had been stalemated during several massive attacks. The war was starting to go to negotiations and would last another two bloody years. Am I correct or slightly off. I didn't check it out.

    Beautiful photo. It looks like a Traditional Catholic Latin Mass (which all Catholic masses would have been at the time), with the priest facing the altar (ad orientem).
