There were 3 red light districts we used to have to go through on courtesy patrol. If we saw a pair of size 15s we'd go in and make the guy go home. Back to the point, when I asked my Korean wife about the red light districts she said, "Those are all for foreigners, they made them." I proceeded to try and explain that we kept the GIs out of there mostly, and how do you explain 3 districts, with 2 of them not even close to base? I don't know if the message got through to her; but the fact is that the average Korean thinks it is all GIs and foreigners causing these problems.
