Perez Hilton is quite the fan of the Wonder Girls & K-pop in general for some reason, but I do have to say that their English is quite good and maybe that will help expand their fan base which right now judging by this video is 95% Korean:

BoA appeared on MTV's Iggy, as did Se7en. Se7en is being shipped back to Korea, and BoA is still trying to gain some traction.

As for the Wonder Girls' appearance … the audience was overwhelmingly Asian. They knew the dance moves and sang the lyrics, even though the Wonder Girls were singing their old hits in Korean. This was a textbook example of preaching to the choir, and almost certainly didn't attract many new fans. Did you notice how Park Jin-young (JYP) mentioned being there before with Rain/Bi? Bad omen.

Despite touring with the Jonas Brothers all across America, and appearing on TV, "Nobody" still isn't in the top thousand in digital downloads. Clearly, Jonas Brothers fans are not rushing out to buy the single.

They seem like nice, polite young women, and I'm not hoping for their failure, but it looks like this might be a slow-motion crash-and-burn.

I can only think of one foreign language hit in US music history (La Bamba). Why in the world were they singing in Korean? They have some English language songs and the girls seem to speak English fairly well.

JYP seems like a pretty savvy promoter…what was he thinking?

Argh…AWFUL!!! What is MTV Iggy? I haven't a clue. Perez Hilton? What a retard! Wondergirls – were they actually singing live?? Holy crap, they need to stay in the studio then because they can't sing OR dance. 2PM? Who are these jokers?

Seriously, don't we enough no talent wanna be's in the US? Do we really need to import more no talent hacks? It is even worse because they are trying to be like Western pop acts which makes turns them into cartoon characters. Some lame.

All I have to say is go back to Korea and pawn that crap off to your zombie nation.

I love the Wonder Girls to death, but I have to agree with #12.

Every time I go to the front page of this blog the crappy video autoloads and I'm not too fond of Hilton's voice! Can somebody please fix that??
