I canceled the university job option after hearing a couple more negative things about it and after the lack of communication they have shown since offering the job.

My recruiter says the public school Visa material is on its FEDExed way as I type.  So, it should arrive before Sunday.  I know the processing time in Atlanta is next day.  So I should be able to make the orientation deadline.

I’ll have to see what the ticket costs are like.  If there is a significant difference waiting a day or two, I’ll wait a day or two.  The way things have turned out, the ticket will cost considerably more than it should have, and since the public school offers a set-price reimbursement, I’ll likely have to pay some out of my pocket.

With the Visa info on its way, it is now much more likely I’ll be in Korea sometime next week…
