By Here is a series of videos displaying the military capabilities of the South Korean military in honor the 60th anniversary of the founding of the nation’s military. The video includes some nice video of the K-9 Thunder and the XK-2 tank which I have covered heavily here at the ROK Drop. The ROK’s digital command and control system I found of interest and I am curious on how well this system works with the US’s digital command and control systems? The videos are in Korean but still well worth checking out.

A couple years ago USFK gave the the ROK a bible size book on the C4 system we use for just the US ARMY here, they shat themselves if I remember..

LOL, watched all five vids. I always wondered when South Korea would send out some good vids to equal(and very much surpass) the North Koreans. These did it in spades. If I was a Nork General and saw these vids, I would be very, very worried.
I wish the producers would get rid of the “staccato voices” that sound so old fashioned. Cool, calm, competent, and in control works better. Even understatement lets the viewer draw their own conclusion of South Koreas awesome abilities.
