		<description>Would like to see the S-400 in action. Hopefully North Korea will give Russia the opportunity to react to a misfired missile. It would make my day. </description>

		<description>Between North Korea and Japan, the Russians have plenty of justifications for building up their Far East.  Although trans-border military cooperation with China (such as in the major &quot;counter-terrorism&quot; exercises in August 2007) gives the appearance of harmony, the Russians are also trying to keep up with Chinese military strides, quite naturally. 
 
As for North Korean attitudes toward Russia and a few insulting/aggravating things done by North Korean consular officials in Russia, Le Monde reports from Vladivostok:
