Japans first space cargo ship, appears to be little noticed in the west. (and perhaps much of the world). However it is a giant move forward in Japans space technology that puts them near the top of the list of countries that have such technology and can demonstrate it. The US, Russia, and now Japan. Anyone else even close?
The military implications are also vast and seem to be far ahead of China and rapidly "beginning" to surpass that of the Ruskies. Very interesting developements, with major impact in the far east. (and the world)
