An Evangelization Tactic for the Korean Military

I guess this is one way to attract potential converts to your religion:

Peter Kim informs us that “the Catholic Catechism for Korean military services… got so much attention from Korean soldiers because of the picture on the cover” — An Evangelization Tactic for Korean Military. “The prayerful person wearing the veil in the picture is Tae-Hee Kim, one of the top actresses in Korea,” he informs us. “The news reported that even Protestants and Buddhists go to Catholic Church on the day when the books are distributed.”  [Western Confucian]

Catholicism is cool. What other religion has a leader who can teach infallibly on faith and morals from the throne of Peter – in the capital of the Roman Empire?

I would venture to say that this is currently the image most masturbated to in the Korean military as I am sure they are

    not allowed wank material.

Mostly disturbing because I don't think Kim Tae Hee is anything special.

The mere mention of her name causes near orgasmic levels of excitement

    among my uni students, though.

    I don't get it.
