The Forte looks nice, but I'm waiting for the Renault-Samsung SM3 Hybrid. It's expected to be out in a year or so.

    EAT SH!T, KIA

Once again, this is a worthless mild-hybrid that gets 17 km/liter… with the addition of added complexity.

To put it into perspective, the non-hybrid Forte gets 14 km/liter… meaning that it takes YEARS (maybe more than a decade) to see any savings close to the additional cost of the hybrid version… not including any replacement batteries.

KIA promises real plug-in hybrids in 2013… which means 2015… or until they have grifted all the early-adopters, government agencies and innocent tree huggers, with an unnecessary intermediate step that can mostly be manufactured cheaply with existing production facilities.

Go suck a zero carbon emission d!ck, KIA and Hyundai.
