Fortunately the plane did not crash. From the BBC-
Pilots and cabin crew have come to blows on an international flight bound for India, media reports say.
The scuffle is said to have begun as an argument in the plane’s cockpit over claims of sexual harassment but spilled into the galley, startling passengers.
One pilot and one air hostess suffered bruises, as punches were thrown.
The incident took place over Pakistan on an Air India flight from the United Arab Emirates to Delhi, with 106 passengers and seven crew on board.
Indian police are investigating the incident, which took place at around 0430 local time on Saturday (2300 on Friday GMT).
The cabin crew alleged that pilots sexually harassed a 24-year-old air hostess, who filed a complaint once the plane landed.
But the Times of India newspaper said the pilots made a counter-claim, saying that the harassment claim was an attempt to divert attention from accusations of misconduct against a male flight attendant.
Anyone involved in the fight, should be immediately fired. They were putting everyone on board the plane in danger.
There was a Korean Air cockpit incident in the 1990′s, where a disagreement between the pilot and co-pilot got a little physical. Just one of the many reasons(Like the preventable plane crashes on approach to Guam and Tripoli) Korean Air had a horrible safety reputation.

Obviously any participants in the fight should lose there jobs immediately. Be curious as to what actually happens.

There is something called professionalism. The only good news from this report is that Indian airlines have sexual harassment reporting policies and people take it seriously enough to fight over it.
But, apparently none of the pilots had military training. That would have taught them how to compartmentalize; put all personal issues to the side until after the mission. That almost always works unless one person goes completely psycho, like the NASA female astronaut a few years ago. But even she, as far as we know, didn't bring her issues onto any mission.
