Honor guards of the Defense Ministry perform gun salutes yesterday at the War Memorial of Korea. The performance, which was suspended due to summer heat and preparations for the Armed Forces Day (Oct. 1) parade, will be staged at 2 p.m. on Fridays until Nov. 20, except for Oct. 23.

    I saw them practicing in fatiques a few weeks ago. It was hard telling the men from the women. Not that the women were unattractive, some were cute, it is just that the men lacked muscles. I sure as heck wouldnt want to be in a foxhole with a weak soldier.
