    Peace talks venue in Kaesŏng?

    Kushibo got it. That is the peace talk house outside of Kaesong where the first peace talks between the US, China, DPRK, and ROK took place during the Korean War. Needing a bigger venue the armistice talks were moved to newly constructed buildings at Panmunjom.
