Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon, center, and other officials tour Independence Park, which houses Dongnimmun or Independence Gate, in celebration of the completion of a park construction project yesterday in Seodaemun District, northwestern Seoul. The park was opened to the public yesterday.
