Actually, I think USFK members may be the only bystanders who can help without risking a lawsuit (thanks to SOFA). I've administered first-aid in 3 or 4 occasions while in Korea…Now that I know South Korea doesn't/didn't have a "good Samaritan" law, I almost wish I hadn't.

I'm sure the Korean media will pick it up as "US soldiers cause an accident then try to smother the driver to hide the crime"
