According to some Japanese documents this is what the Dear Leader told Koizumi? Then I beg to ask, are they (China and Russia) only doing this (trying to get the DPRK to resume talking to the US and others) for show? China and Russia reached an agreement with the DPRK to allow the latter to keep its nukes as early as 2002 and they have been coordinating their efforts just to play the Americans? It is a facade?
