There won't be another Korean War. North Korea knows that everything it has of strategic importance is known, targeted, and easily taken out by the South Korean military.

Their nuclear weapons program doesn't change that. It simply buys them a bit of time. But, it's inevitable that the dictatorship will come to an end. They all do.

North Korea need never worry about the SM3. It is too high tech and would probobly never be used against them due to cost.

The North has sunk so far militarily, that any number of foreign /US missles would be more then adequate.
