My name is David Park and I am the one who put the ad on this site. I am not sure why the map has us someplace in the US. We are actually located in Yongin, Korea.

One could guess the Snuggy to be unpatentable.

Hi All,
Nobody holds the patent on the blanket with sleeves. As I mentioned, it is unpatentable. WOW trading does not infringe on any patents, trademarks, coprights, etc…
All star marketing in the US owns the Snuggie trademark and the Snuggie has been registered in South Korea. There are some rip-offs of the Snuggie brand and copyright infringement by other Korean companies.

As I said earlier, I was just curious (as one would tend to be what with the history of intellectual property theft/lack of creativity that is so rampant here in Korea). Nothing personal, mind you!
