		<description>I doubt it has any real significance other than they would be less tired in marching to the front before a major attack on the south. Intel would pick up their movements long before they reached their destinations.  
 
It really only points out the weaknesses of the North even more. They don&#039;t have the vehicles to transport troops, or that after the initial attack enough vehicles to support them. Feel sorry for the NK ground pounders who will be devoured by cluster bombs and heavy armor facing them. </description>
