We had our first snow of the season where I’m teaching and living. I had told some students that morning that the sky looked like rain, but they said the forecast was clear.
It came down pretty good at times for 15 to 30 minutes at a time. Big, soft flakes. Made for great snowballs. Much of it had melted by the time I looked outside the next morning, but there was still enough to cover the grass in places where the sun hadn’t shown much.
