		<description>A PoS the man may be, but that lawyer clearly violated ethical standards when he got involved in that second case.  He should of handed it over to another lawyer to take care of, thus preventing any ethics questions from arising.

Also you should not be tried for the same offense twice, that is a core principle of our system, and is actual law.  One of the two trials should be thrown out, probably the civilian one since it came second and was the one subject to the manipulation.</description>
