Not saying you're totally wrong, but I think this is more a function of Koreans acting like dicks to outsiders until they decide to let someone into their circle. From my experience, Korean females can be the kindest, sweetest and most loyal friends/girlfriends/finacees/wives once they have warmed up to you.
