Court-Martial Results for November 2009

At a summary court-martial on 4 November 2009, Senior Airman Brandon L. Moragohockett, 8th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (PACAF), Kunsan Air Base, United States Air Force, was convicted of assault consummated by battery.  He was sentenced to reduction to the grade of Airman E-2, confinement for 20 days, and forfeiture of 2/3 pay for one month.

At a special court-martial on 24 November 2009, Senior Airman Agustin Aragon Velazquez, 51st Logistics Readiness Squadron (PACAF), Osan Air Base, United States Air Force, was acquitted of attempted aggravated sexual contact, aggravated sexual contact, and assault.

In Seoul Central District Court on 13 November 2009, PFC Michael J. Wright, 595th Maintenance Company, was convicted of attempted larceny.  His adjudged sentence was a 1,000,000 Won fine.

In Suwon District Court on 20 November 2009, PVT Heath O. Daniel, D Btry, 6/52d AMD, was convicted of DUI and hit and run.  His adjudged sentence imprisonment for 8 months, suspended for 2 years.

In Seoul Central District Court on 25 November 2009, CW4 Luis C. Rosarodriguez, HHC, 8th Army, was convicted of inflicting bodily injury through negligence.  His adjudged sentence was a 1,000,000 Won fine.
