There is a sign on the property that say's it is an 8th Army water treatment plant. It could be the same thing as Yongsan where over the years USFK has returned some of the base seperating the water treatment plant from the base. It is obvious when you you see this property that it has been abandoned for years, just wonder why USFK doesn't clean up the land and hand it back over to Korea.

Lemmy got the location but from the reader submission the sign on the fence said that this was an 8th Army water treatment plant and is now extremely run down.

Nevertheless Leon has won the Korea Finder this year dethroning Mark.

Sorry Mark.

Leon just send me an email on what DVD or book you want and I'll get it sent to you through Amazon.

That thar is Incheon, Bupyeong 1(il)-dong 65-17. Looks weird. I have no idea what it is or the plans for it. Lemmy's explanation sounds plausible.

That's the old US/ROK interrogation/detention facility located in Bu Pyeong. The ROK had intended to give it to the school on the south side.
