Heck, I can think of three great disadvantages to getting Korean citizenship: 1) Losing the right to claim a lump sum refund on my pension contributions. 2) As much as I think foreigners get the short end of the stick when dealing with Korean law, I think it is worse for Koreans. 3) Being held accountable to Korean laws while I'm abroad.
