These factors are: 1. Any death is America's and local allie's fault because if they weren't there, the other side wouldn't be compelled to commit atrocities. 2. Profoundly unrealistic expectations the allied government instantly become a matured and robust Jeffersonian Democracy. 3. Complete lack of concern about what the opposition has done.
