As long as Korea hands out incomprehensible criminal convictions to foreigners just attempting to conduct normal business transactions it will be next to impossible to improve public and trade relations. Until the Korean courts recognize the international standard of Magna Carta, many businesses will continue to distrust a confusion based legal system where everyone shares some degree of fault. Therefore why would countries continue to further develop trade relations?
