The whole thing is pathetic.

I do find it weird because the guy is half Chinese. His blood isn't pure and on top of that, he's married to a Korean and their children's blood isn't pure! Do her parents know of this union? I wonder.

Despite living in racist Australia, he was elected to and holds political office. He's got mixed blood in him, how did it all happen?!

Just out of curiousity, how many biracial politicians have been elected to and hold public office in Korea anyway? Anyone know? A Korean called Tom? Anyone?

I've been putting this off for awhile since I'm in America and this story is from Australia. However, it hits what I find to be an interesting point. This couple could have been any other racial/ethnic/gender combination and nobody would have said a word. But for some reason lots of people seem to think it okay to make ignorant comments when the couple involved consists of a white (or white-ish in this case) male and Asian female. I wonder why this is the case?

Unbelievable, it looks like people will use anything to throw stones at another. I guess he shouldn't vote on matters concerning females since his wife is female.
