Court-Martial Results for January 2010

At a special court-martial on 27 January 2010, Specialist Jeffrey B. Rochell, 501^st SB, 501^st STB, 19^th ESC, was convicted of three specifications of AWOL and larceny.  He was sentenced to reduction to Private E-2, forfeiture of $540.00 pay per month for four months, and confinement for 60 days.

In Daegu District Court on 11 January 2010, PFC Jonathan R. Woods, HHD, 498th CSSB, was convicted of destruction of property and of the public property.  His adjudged sentence was a 2,000,000 Won fine.

In Uijeongbu District Court on 14 January 2010, SPC Justin J. Daymude, HHC, 2d Infantry Division, was convicted of a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint injuries).  His adjudged sentence was a 1,000,000 Won fine.

In Uijeongbu District Court on 14 January 2010, SPC Darrell W. McDonald, HHC, 2d Infantry Division, was convicted of a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint injuries).  His adjudged sentence was a 2,000,000 Won fine.

In Uijeongbu District Court on 14 January 2010, PVT Andy R. Wayland, 17th Ordnance Company, was convicted of a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint injuries).  His adjudged sentence was a 1,000,000 Won fine.

In Daegu District Court on 15 January 2010, PVT Jusutin M. Dardine, 75th MCAS, was convicted of larceny.  His adjudged sentence was a 1,000,000 Won fine.

In Seoul Central District Court on 21 January 2010, PFC Brandon A. Morse, 188th MP Company, was convicted of larceny.  His adjudged sentence was a 500,000 Won fine.

In Seoul Central District Court on 21 January 2010, PVT Christopher A. Johnson, 142d MP Company, was convicted of infliction of bodily, escape from the custody and obstruction of performance of official duties.  His adjudged sentence was imprisonment for 6 months, suspended for 2 years.

In Seoul Central District Court on 25 January 2010, PVT Sky S. Gortney, A Co, DSTB, 2d Infantry Division, was convicted of infliction of bodily injury.  His adjudged sentence was a 2,000,000 Won fine.

In Seoul Central District Court on 25 January 2010, CW2 Jae C. Pang, HHC, 2-2d Assault, was convicted of a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint injuries) and obstruction of performance of official duties.  His adjudged sentence was a 7,000,000 Won fine.

In Seoul Central District Court on 25 January 2010, CW2 Clayton A. Shropshire, HHC, 2-2d Assault, was convicted of a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint injuries) and obstruction of performance of official duties.  His adjudged sentence was a 3,000,000 Won fine.
