Feb. 22, SEOUL, South Korea -- North Korean leader Kim Jong-il (C) inspects the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex in North Hwanghae Province. The North's official Korean Central News Agency, which released the photo on Nov. 21, did not say when the photo was taken. (KCNA-Yonhap) (END)

  Wow, there's lots of sunlight at that smelter.

  The guy in the left looks like he was in the original picture, but the two on the right look to have been photoshoped in from two different pictures.

  Standing in front of a furnace with a heavy parka and gloves on and another rubbing his hands to keep warm? Interesting.
