Who knows if Kim Jong-il is actually on this train or not?:
A special train reportedly carrying North Korean leader Kim Jong-il arrived in the northeastern Chinese city of Dalian at 10:40 a.m. Monday.
Sources say that following the arrival of the train, 15 limousines traveled from Dalian Station to the central downtown district of the city in Liaoning Province with a police escort.
The sources say that the North Korean leader, if he is indeed in the city, might visit a port region of Dalian that is considered to be a model for North Korea’s project to develop its cities of Najin and Seonbong. [KBS Global]
If Kim Jong-il is in Dalian it is for specific purpose which I’m sight seeing is not one of them, though considering Dalian’s historic past this would be an interesting city for a tourist to visit.

We’ve been burned by the train sightings before [see HERE and HERE], but I think he has to go eventually.
