    You put the egg just before serving, so it looks raw, but the stew is so hot, that it's cooked in no time.

    If you like big piece of egge just mix it a little, if you like small ones mix it a lot :razz:

    The cooker is made of stone, so it contains heat for a long time without fire to to cook the raw egg enough.
