It looks like all the Korean illegal immigrants will be heading to Trenton, New Jersey.
Ha ha. Yep.
Although Honolulu wouldn't be a bad place for them either, even without the little ID card.

"It looks like all the Korean illegal immigrants will be heading to Trenton, New Jersey."
This will be interesting.
One wonders if crime, social problems, burden on medical and education systems, use of services disproportionate to tax revenue, etc., will be higher in a place that encourages an influx of people with little investment in the System or long-term commitment to its success.
Of course, the pro-illegal immigration crowd has already hedged their bets with crime statistics saying, "There will be an increase in 'reported' crime as illegal aliens will no longer fear contact with the police."
If this experiment supports the idea that illegal aliens really aren't good for society, don't expect the media to broadcast that news too loudly.
The low crime rate in handgun-ownership-mandated Kennesaw compared to the crime rate in handgun-restricted Morton Grove has been the last three decades' best-kept secret.

"Getting high on bulgogi?"
I find it totally ironic that the guy who has made Korean food popular in the US, something the South Korean has been desperately trying to do for years, could be arrested if he ever came to Korea.

"It looks like Chinese tourists in Japan have a bad reputation for their manners."
Wait wait wait here Chinese have bad manners in Japan? You say it like it's even controversial. I'm Chinese and can say that while there's a rhyme and reason to what we do, by Japanese standards we have extremely bad manners.
These aren't even stereotypes I'm talking about, it's actually cultural. For example in pre-war China spitting on the streets was once considered a good health practice – and it is, for you not them! It's okay to talk out loud at a restaurant in China because talking is a Chinese past time – being silent when you're an invited guest is rude for good reason.
The Japanese won't understand that, and I don't blame them. So yes, by every measure Chinese are bound to seem rude in Japan unless they take extroidinary efforts to suppress their own ways.
I wish people would not confuse cultural differences with more controversial and often unfair stereotypes. This is a case of cultural differences.
