Good luck to Ghana because they played a great game and deserved to win. Is it just me or is Tim Howard overrated?
I guess I will have to cheer on the Japanese now that the US and South Korea are both eliminated.

Watching of these games and the clutch scoring by Donavan may have inspired future, home grown, American soccer stars who previously had no interest in the game.
As long as they bring American standards to their play and don't do the childish crying every time they are knocked down, I'd watch again.

#3,
You think Donovan is great? Just imagine how amazing he'd be if his two parents were originally from the Maritime Provinces.

Yes, Howard is overrated! I could've blocked that first goal.

This article lays blame on coach Bob Bradley. At first I was skeptical but after reading this it seems rather convincing:

I don't enough about soccer strategy to lay blame on the coach or not, but the US team looked tired in the first half while Ghana the entire match played hard. The US played hard in the 2nd half but Ghana still played well enough win. I was impressed by the Ghana goalie, I thought he had a great game.
